Salisbury Steaks with Mushroom Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef eye of round

2-4 tablespoons finely chopped onion

3 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mushroom Gravy

Method:

Mix all ingredients, except Mushroom Gravy, shape into flour 1-inch thick oval patties. Cook patties in lightly greased large skillet to desired degree of doneness, 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium. Serve with Mushroom Gravy.
