Roast Beef Hash Recipe4 servings
Ingredients: 1/2 cup each: chopped onion, green bell pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups each: shredded cooked lean beef, cooked, cubed potatoes 1/2 teaspoon each: dried marjoram and thyme leaves Salt and pepper, to taste |
Method: Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in large lightly greased skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add beef, potatoes, and herbs; cook over medium heat until meat and potatoes are browned, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
