Porcupine Peppers Recipe4 servings
Ingredients: 1 pound very lean ground beef 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/4 cup uncooked rice 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon each: paprika, celery salt 4 large green bell peppers, halved lengthwise, seeded 1 can dried tomatoes with chilies, undrained |

Method: Mix beef, egg, rice and seasonings. Spoon meat mixture into peppers and place in lightly greased baking dish, pour tomatoes with liquid over. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until beef is cooked and peppers are tender, about 1 hour. |
