Mushroom Gravy Recipe1 1/4 cups
Ingredients: 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup reduced-sodium beef broth Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method: Sauté mushrooms and onion in lightly greased medium skillet until tender, stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Stir in beef broth and heat to boiling, boil, stirring, until thickened, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper |
