Ingredients:

8 ounces each: ground pork tenderloin, lean beef

1 egg

1/4 cup each: unseasoned dry bread crumbs, finely chopped onion

1/2 cup shredded zucchini

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon minced jalapeno chili

1/2 teaspoon each: dried oregano leaves, salt

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, pepper

Method:

Mix all ingredients, shape into 16 meatballs.
