Corned Beef and Red Cabbage Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:

16 ounces deli corned beef, cubed

8 medium red potatoes, cubed

2 cups sliced carrots

2 cups cubed, peeled turnips

1 can reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon pickling spice

1 pound red cabbage, coarsely sliced

Method:

Combine all ingredients, except cabbage, in large saucepan. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Add cabbage and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.
