Sweet Sour Tomato Basil Relish Recipe

1 cup

Ingredients:

1 large tomatoes, seeded, cubed

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1/2 tablespoon water

1 1/2 tablespoons each: red wine vinegar, sugar

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon each: dried basil and thyme leaves

Method:

Saute tomato in lightly greased small skillet until softened, 3 to 4 minutes, combine with remaining ingredients.
