Shrimp and Cheese Rotolo with Many-Cloves Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound peeled, deveined cooked shrimp, chopped

1 1/4 cups reduced-fat ricotta cheese

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

1/2 teaspoon each: dried thyme leaves, salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

12 lasagne noodles, cooked, room temperature

Many-Cloves Garlic Sauce

Method:

Mix shrimp, cheese, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons of mixture evenly on each noodle, roll up and place, seam sides down in baking dish. Spoon Many Cloves Garlic sauce over rotolo, bake, loosely covered, at 350 degrees until hot, 20 to 30 minutes.
