Salmon with Cilantro Pesto Fettuccine Recipe

Ingredients:

6 salmon steaks

2-3 teaspoons Dijon mustard

12 ounces spinach fettuccine, cooked, warm

Cilantro Pesto

Method:

Brush salmon with mustard, broil 6 inches from heat source until salmon is tender and flakes with fork, 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Toss fettuccine with Cilantro Pesto, serve with salmon
