Vegetable Melange Recipe2 servings Serve with omelet puff
Ingredients: 1 cup each: small whole okra, tomato wedges, sliced zucchini, onion 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method: Saute vegetables and Italian seasoning in lightly greased large skillet until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
45 minutes preparation tip: Slice vegetables for Vegetable Melange before preparing the rest of the recipe. |
