Ingredients: 2 eggs 4 egg whites or 1/2 cup no-cholesterol real egg product 3/4 cup each: fat-free milk, all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt vegetable cooking spray |

Method: Whisk all ingredients, except cooking spray, in large bowl until almost smooth. Spray large oven-proof skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat until hot, pour in batter. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees until pancake is puffed and browned, 20 to 25 minutes. |
