Spinach Tortellini with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

2 packages fresh spinach tortellini

8 ounces small whole mushrooms

1 cup each: chopped red bell pepper, frozen peas

3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce

Method:

Combine all ingredients in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until hot, about 30 minutes.
