One-Dish Chicken and Rice Recipe4 servings Just mix and bake- perfect for a quick dinner
Ingredients: 1 can reduced fat-cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup each: fat-free milk, long-grain rice 1 package frozen cut green beans 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves Salt and pepper, to taste Paprika 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each) |

Method: Combine soup, milk, rice, beans and tarragon in 2-quart baking dish, season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken over rice, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees until chicken is cooked, about 45 minutes.
