Stewed Rhubarb and Berries Recipe6 servings
Ingredients: 1 pound fresh or frozen rhubarb, sliced 1/4 cup water 2 cups sliced strawberries 2 1/2 teaspoons Equal sweetener |

Method: Combine rhubarb and water in medium saucepan: cook, covered, over medium heat until soft, about 10 minutes. Stir in strawberries and Equal, cook until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve warm, or refrigerate and serve chilled. |
