Raisin Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Raisin Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

2 1/2 dozen cookies

 

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons margarine or butter, room temperature

1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup raisins

Method:

Mix margarine, sour cream, egg, and vanilla in large bowl, beat in brown sugar. Mix in combined remaining ingredients, except raisins, mix in raisins. Drop dough onto greased cookie sheets, using 2 tablespoons for each cookie sheets, using 2 tablespoons for each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees until browned, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
