Ingredients: Basic Pie Crust 2 eggs 1 cup maple syrup or pancake syrup 1 tablespoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup each: reduced-fat granola, coarsely chopped pecans 1/3 cup barley-wheat cereal |

Method: Make Basic Pie Crust, using 10-inch tart pan. Beat eggs, syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients, pour into pastry. Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 35 minutes. |
