Mock Mascarpone Recipe

Makes about 1 1/4 cups



8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, room temperature

3 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

2-3 tablespoons 2% reduced-fat milk


Beat cream cheese until fluffy, mix in sour cream and milk. Refrigerate several hours or up to several days.
