Minted Lime Sauce Recipe

1 1/4 cups



1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 3/4 teaspoons Equal sweetener

1 cup water

3 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon dried mint leaves

1 tablespoons margarine or butter, room temperature


Whisk all ingredients, except margarine, in small saucepan, heat over medium high heat to boiling, whisking until thickened, about 1 minute. Stir in margarine. Cool, refrigerate until chilled.
