Baked Custard with Orange Sauce Recipe6 servings
Ingredients: 1 quart fat-free milk 5 eggs, lightly beaten 5 teaspoons Equal sweetener 2 teaspoons vanilla Orange Sauce |

Method: Heat milk just to simmering in medium saucepan. Mix eggs, milk, Equal, and vanilla. Pour mixture through strainer into ungreased 1-quart casserole or souffle dish.
Place casserole in roasting pan on middle oven rack, pour 2 inches hot water into pan. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees until custard is set and sharp knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Remove casserole from roasting pan, cool to room temperature on wire rack. Refrigerate until chilled, serve with Orange Sauce. |
