Galette Pastry Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

1/3 cup warm water

1 egg, beaten

3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

Method:

Stir yeast into warm water in medium bowl, let stand 5 minutes. Add egg and sour cream, mixing until smooth. Stir in flour and salt, making a soft dough. Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.
