Curry Dip Recipe

12 servings (about 2 tablespoons each)

Raw sweet potato slices and broccoli florets are particularly good with this dip.

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups fat-free mayonnaise

1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons each: prepared horseradish, curry powder

2-3 teaspoons sugar

2-4 teaspoons lemon juice

Salt and white pepper, to taste

Dippers: assorted vegetable relishes, Pita Chips

Method:

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, horseradish, curry powder, and sugar. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and white pepper. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend. Serve with dippers (not included in nutritional data).
